Bergen Man Allegedly Sexually Assaulted 2 Kids For Years

Marcos Delacruz, 50, allegedly assaulted one kid for 6 years and another for 3, the Bergen County prosecutor said.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting two children, one for three years and another for six, authorities announced.

Marcos Delacruz, 50, of Hackensack was arrested Wednesday after authorities received information that he reportedly sexually assaulted two juveniles in his hometown, said Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal.

Delacruz allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with a juvenile from 2012 to 2014, when the child was between 6 and 8 years old. The Hackensack Police Department received a report Tuesday alleging the contact occurred, Grewal said.
