BTA Heads to Mexicali Live 2/25

Join Break the Atmosphere for their first appearance at Mexicali Live, 1409 Queen Anne Rd., Teaneck, on Saturday, Feb. 25. The local rock/R&B band will be one of the featured opening acts for Kinderhook, a popular Jersey-based country-rock group that reunited 2 years ago after a nearly 3-decade hiatus.

BTA’s Michael Carleo on guitar, David Ricco on bass, Edgar “Jon Jon” Caparas on drums, and singer Lawrence Dandridge bring their own songs and offer a fresh take on everyone from Jimi Hendrix and the Beatles to Usher and the John Mayer Trio. The members are all students at New Jersey City University.

Music starts at 9 p.m.; doors open at 6 p.m. Admission: $12; $15 at the door. For reservations, call 201-833-0011, or email reservation@mexicalilive.com.
