Sing Me To Heaven: Jazz and Gospel Concert

Come and hear beautiful spirituals, gospel, and other sacred music in a beautiful sacred space as St Paul’s in Englewood presents “Sing Me To Heaven: A Concert of Jazz, Gospel and Spirituals.” The semi-professional choir is under the direction of Mark Trautman. They will be joined by the Ramapo Gospel Choir, the Mack Brandon Quartet, the Canticum Novum Choir and the St. Luke’s and Our Saviour Choir of Haworth. Music will include arrangements of classical spirituals, including “There is a balm in Gilead” and “Wade in the Water” as well as Gospel favorites by Richard Smallwood, Milan G. Brown Jr., and Horace Boyer.

There is a suggested donation of $15 and tickets are available at the door. There is ample parking at the church, and a reception follows.
