Enjoy gardening and get exercise with a dedicated group of like minded individuals. In the Teaneck Creek Park we rely on an all-volunteer force called the Weed Warriors to support and maintain the biodiversity of our ecosystem. After an initial training, volunteers work independently, or in groups, to maintain an invasive-free buffer zone on either side of the park’s trails. All ages and abilities are welcomed. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
