Wheels For Meals Bicycling Event for Jewish Family Services

Cyclists of all levels – from pros to tikes on trikes – will join together on May 1 for Wheels for Meals, an event to raise funds and awareness for the thousands in Bergen County who struggle to feed their families every day. All proceeds from the event will go towards the Jewish Family Service of Bergen and North Hudson’s Kosher Meals on Wheels program, which provides thousands of meals to members of the community every year.

Registration for the event will begin at 7:30 a.m., with beginning times for the rides staggered throughout the morning. All of the non-competitive rides will start and finish at The Jewish Home at Rockleigh, in Rockleigh, NJ. A closing ceremony will be held to honor participants, and also to observe Holocaust Remembrance Day, which begins at sundown on May 1. Cyclists of all levels are welcome to participate. The event will conclude by 12:30 P.M.
