Carlos Cepeda was charged with possession of a handgun while distributing a controlled dangerous substance.

TEANECK, N.J. — Police charged one man and are looking for another after they executed a search warrant and found pot and a stolen 9mm handgun in an apartment, authorities said Tuesday.

Carlos Cepeda, 18, was arrested on various weapons charges and released after posting $25,000 bail, said Chief Robert A. Carney.

Police raided the Amsterdam Avenue apartment and found the marijuana, narcotics packaging materials, and the handgun, which was reported stolen from a residence in the Poconos last year, Carney said.
