Man Shot Near Garfield Wawa Is Taken To Hospital: Bergen County Prosecutor
A man was shot in the parking lot next to the Wawa in Garfield, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said.

GARFIELD, NJ — The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office released limited information on Monday morning about a Sunday night shooting in a parking lot in Garfield.
Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella's office said that around 11:45 p.m. Sunday, Garfield Police responded to a parking lot at 7 Jewel St.
They found a 26-year-old man with non-life threatening injuries. He was taken to Hackensack Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition on Monday.

The parking lot is next to Wawa and a block from the Passaic River.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Garfield Police Department are investigating.
