Man Ran Cocaine Production Operation In His Bergen County Home: Police
A SWAT Team helped arrest a man in Teaneck on Tuesday who officials say produced cocaine in his home.
TEANECK, NJ — A Teaneck man was arrested Tuesday for having maintained a cocaine production operation in his home, police said Monday.
Justin Bennett, 45, of Howland Avenue was charged with distribution of cocaine and several other offenses last week, police said.
Deputy Police Chief Seth Kriegel said Bennett was arrested after a six-month investigation by the Teaneck Police Department Anti-Crime Unit.

The Teaneck police, with the assistance of the Bergen County Regional SWAT Team, conducted a Superior Court-authorized search of Bennett's home last Tuesday, police said.
As a result, they charged Bennett with: first-degree maintaining a production facility for controlled dangerous substances, second-degree possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school zone, distribution of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, and money laundering.

Bennett was taken to the Bergen County Corrections and Rehabilitation Center, police said.
