Man Sentenced To 6 Years For Road Road Accident That Killed Teaneck Woman: Report
Thomas Vanderweit allegedly brake-checked a car that Annetta Billingy was ejected from, authorities said.

A Saddle Brook man was sentenced to six years in prison for participating in a high-speed chase on the Garden State Parkway in 2012 that caused the death of a Teaneck woman, The Record reported.
Thomas Vanderweit was found guilty of vehicular homicide in November.
Annetta Billingy was elected from the back seat of another vehicle when Vanderweit brake-checked that vehicle when the two were allegedly speeding and made several lane changes on the parkway, the report stated.

John Emili, 20, was driving the car Billingy was in; he is being tried separately, according to the report.
Vanderweit faced a five- to 10-year sentence and was ordered to pay the funeral expenses Billingy’s family incurred, the report stated.
