Alleged Teaneck Drug-Dealer Arrested With Loaded Gun In Home: Prosecutor
Authorities found a 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun, suspected marijuana, a stun gun and $5,200 in Pedro Russo's apartment, authorities said.

TEANECK, N.J. — A suspected Teaneck drug dealer was arrested Friday after police searched his apartment and found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun with hollow-point ammunition.
The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office received information that Pedro Russo, 45, was distributing drugs in Teaneck and searched his Ayers Court apartment Friday, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said in a news release.
Authorities found a loaded 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun loaded with hollow-point ammunition, suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia associated with the distribution of controlled dangerous substances, a stun gun, and $5,210 in cash, Grewal said.

Russo was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, namely marijuana, in a quantity of 1 ounce or more, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a prohibited weapon and/or device, possession of a firearm, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of hollow-point bullets.
Russo was released on his own recognizance pending a first appearance n Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court, the prosecutor said.
