Teaneck Hosting Series Of Juneteenth Events On Friday: What To Know
Teaneck Township is inviting residents to hear about the history of Juneteenth and to connect with the community.
TEANECK, NJ — Teaneck Township will be hosting a number of Juneteenth events and activities on Friday.
Beginning at 8 a.m., the Teaneck Juneteenth Committee will lead a silent walk to Pomander Walk Burial Ground. A libation ceremony will follow the wak.
Parking is available at the Teaneck side of the FDU Campus just past the soccer field. Proceed over bridge to the MLK Monument.

At noon, there will be a flag raising ceremony at Votee Park followed by a Jubilee at the Rodda Center at 1 p.m.
Join your neighbors to hear about the history of Juneteenth and enjoy a community awards presentation.
