Teaneck Man Arrested For $56K In Unpaid Tolls And Fees
Alesandel Rodriguez, 31, had EZPass accounts with 888 violations, police said.

TEANECK, N.J. — A Teaneck man was arrested Friday after police determined he had nearly 900 EZPass toll violations.
Port Authority Police at the George Washington Bridge saw Alesandel Rodriguez, 31, drive a 2014 Toyota Camry with no license plates through an EZPass only lane and not pay the toll, said Joe Pentangelo, a Port Authority Police spokesman.
Police stopped Rodriguez, who had an expired temporary registration tag that expired in December, Pentangelo said.

Rodriguez's EZPass accounts were revoked and had a total of 888 violations totaling more than $56,000, Pentangelo said.
Rodriguez was arrested and an investigation revealed that he had an outstanding warrant out of Teaneck and his vehicle was impounded, police said.
