Police are looking for a missing 16-year-old boy who was last seen Thursday morning in Teaneck.Elijah Fulgham was last seen at 8 a.m. in Teaneck at Queen Anne Road and Route 4, police said.Authorities describe Fulgham as black, 5'6" tall, and weighing 116 pounds.Anyone who can assist in helping to locate Fulgham should call 9-1-1 or call the Teaneck Police Department at 201-837-2600.
