Teaneck Public Schools, Holy Name Partner For Vaccine Clinic
Vaccines will be offered at no costs to Teaneck Public Schools students, district officials said.
TEANECK, NJ — Holy Name Medical Center and Teaneck Public Schools are partnering for a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic for students in the district, officials announced.
The clinic will administer Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines to Teaneck Public Schools students only, who are older than 5-years-old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
This clinic is scheduled for Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Benjamin Franklin Middle School, 1315 Taft Rd., in Teaneck.

The second dose clinic will be held on Dec. 21 at the same time.

This comes after days of questions about a new variant of COVID-19.
The WHO classified a new COVID-19 variant, B.1.1.529, as a variant of concern and named the new strain Omicron. This classification comes from a specimen that was detected on November 9th in South Africa.
