  • Make payments online via our website at www.teanecknj.gov and follow the prompts to "Pay Taxes Online".
  • Property taxes may be paid by mail. Make checks payable to the Township of Teaneck, our mailing address is: Twp of Teaneck, Tax Collector, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666. Please ensure that your payment is postmarked no later than May 11th, 2020.
  • Drop your payment in the drop box. There is a white box outside of the North entrance of the Municipal Building where payments may be left for the tax office for processing. Please place payment in an envelope addressed to the tax department. If a receipt is required, please indicate as such and one will be mailed, otherwise a cancelled check is considered a receipt.
  • Online Bank Payment. Most banks will issue a payment free of charge from an individual’s bank account via the bank’s website or app. Just be certain to treat the payment as if using the ‘pay by mail’ method and include the account number or block/lot number as a reference and send within the 10 day grace period.

We apologize for any inconvenience however, only checks or money orders can be processed during these times by mail or drop box.
