Township of Teaneck: Child Health Clinic Schedule For 2021

The Township of Teaneck’s Child Health Conference is a town sponsored clinic that provides well child care to children from birth through high school. It meets one Thursday evening every month in the Pediatric Clinic area of Holy Name Medical Center. It is staffed by Holy Name RN’s and a board certified pediatrician.

The Child Health Conference (clinic) administers all required immunizations to school-age children and conducts well baby exams and immunization services to pre-school children and babies. All children who are uninsured or underinsured (NJ FamilyCare - Plan A only) and reside in Teaneck, are qualified for these services which are free of charge. Please call for an appointment and/or schedule of clinic services. Appointments are required and can be made by calling the Township’s Public Health Nurse, Michele Schumeyer, at (201) 227-6251 or schumeyer@mail.holyname.org
