• Secaucus Mayor Vows To Sue American Dream Mall, Says Mall Owes NJ Towns Millions (patch.com) — American Dream mall is accused of shortchanging Meadowlands towns, including Teterboro, on promised Municipal Assistance Program payments meant to offset traffic and emergency-service impacts. Secaucus is preparing to sue, Carlstadt may join, and officials say Teterboro and other nearby communities are each owed hundreds of thousands of dollars while the mall disputes its obligations and struggles with debt.
