TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act of New Jersey, c.231 of P.L. 1975, the following is a schedule of Regular Meetings of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, which takes place in the Township of Toms River Municipal Complex, 33 Washington Street, Toms River, N.J., for 2018.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to c.231 of P.L. 1975, resolutions may be adopted at these public conferences and/or regular meetings, providing for the Township Council to meet in Executive Session, specifying matters to be discussed requiring confidentiality or of a privileged nature.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that regular conferences and/or meetings may be cancelled pursuant to c.231 of P.L. 1975. Rescheduled regular and/or special conferences and/or meetings shall be duly advertised.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that all meetings will be conducted in accordance with ROBERTS RULES OF ORDER.
FINALLY, TAKE NOTICE, that a permanent record shall be maintained as to all regular and/or special and/or emergency conferences and/or meetings in the Office of the Township Clerk.
