TOMS RIVER, NJ — Portions of Washington Street will have alternating traffic Thursday night for asphalt patching and crosswalk striping, the water company announced.

Veolia (formerly Suez) said the paving contractor is anticipated to be working from 7 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday, weather permitting.
