AT&T Authorized Retailer Announces Store Opening

The Wireless Experience, a leading wireless solution and home automation AT&T retailer operating over 60 stores across the Northeast, is proud to announce the opening of its newest location in New Jersey.

Opening this week in the Tri-City Plaza (next to StopNShop) on Route 70 and Route 9 in Toms River, the new store replaces a former Radio Shack location at 2360 Lakewood Road.

Marking the second location in Toms River, the store will offer a variety of wireless and home services including the new DIRECTV bundle, the Apple iPhone 6, Samsung Smart Phones and Tablets, and AT&T’s Digital Life which includes new cutting edge home automation products.

Managing the Tri-City store will be Victor Vera, a Jackson, New Jersey, native, who will be moving from The Wireless Experience’s Howell location. An active member of the Jackson community, Vera volunteers his time fostering rescued dogs through Home Free Rescue, an animal shelter located in Red Bank, New Jersey. He also assists with his sons little league team.

Vera brings with him his outstanding sales record and strong dedication to customer experience, winning several awards with his team for Overall Best Customer Service during his time at the Howell store. “I have an intense motivation to excite both our customers and my new staff. I want to create an environment that will foster employee growth and encourage new employees to come join the AT&T family,” said Vera.

Vera hopes to make the store one of The Wireless Experience’s elite locations for customer service and sales. “My goal is to be able to educate our customers about our cutting edge technology and demonstrate its capabilities, while maintaining great quality service to keep them connected to their friends and family” Vera explained.

“I want to show customers that we are more than just cell phones. The Wireless Experience as a company has expanded into a variety of markets to satisfy growing consumer needs. Our DIRECTV packages and home automation and security with AT&T’s Digital Life are just a few of the ways we are revolutionizing digital services,” he added.

The store will celebrate its Grand Opening with special a ceremony on October 17th from 2:30-4:30pm. The Wireless Experience invites the community join them for a ribbon cutting ceremony, complementary gifts, prizes, food/refreshments and a live broadcast from Radio station 105.7 The Hawk.
