Step away from the holiday hustle and allow the therapeutic vibrations of sound bowls, gongs, and chimes to wash over you. This session is specifically designed to reduce stress, calm your nervous system, and improve focus using a guided sequence of breathwork, sound immersion, gentle stretching, and final meditation.
