Description: Students develop basic swimming competency and learn personal water safety. They begin by developing comfort in the water, then work on proper body position and control. Lessons Monday and Wednesday for 4 weeks with the Toms River YMCA thru Toms River Recreation.
* Lessons cancelled due to inclement weather(i.e. thunderstorms or lightening) will not be rescheduled.
Requirements: Wear a swim suite, bring sunscreen, and a towel. Bathing cap and googles are optional.
