College? Trade School? Military? Consider Your Options At College Fair

The event at Toms River's Hackensack Meridian Arena, has more than 125 organizations in attendance, plus information on financial aid.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — If you're the parent of a high school student who's thinking about what to do after high school, the annual College Night at the Jersey Shore is a good place to explore some options.

The annual event, hosted by the Ocean County Personnel and Guidance Association, is set for Thursday, Oct. 5 at Hackensack Meridian Arena (formerly Pine Belt Arena) on the campus of Toms River High School North.

Representatives from more than 125 colleges, universities, technical schools and the armed force will be on hand to discuss what their colleges have to offer.

In addition, there will be an information session on financial aid and the FAFSA. The financial aid session is 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the auditorium at Toms River High School North. The main College Night event is in the arena from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
