Downtown Toms River parking

So now that the streets in town are patrolled by a new aggressive meter reader and new signs posted all around i see the mayor parked in a no parking spot on the right hand side of Washington street out of his car with his left directional on. Just like a politician {do as i say not as i do} and in plain view of everyone. Good example mayor.
