Driver In Parkway Crash That Killed 4 Was Drunk: Report
The crash just south of Exit 81 in Toms River killed a pair of brothers and two friends the day after Christmas.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The driver in a crash that killed four young men on the Garden State Parkway at Christmas had a blood-alcohol limit more than double the legal limit, according to a report.
Kevin Quispe-Prieto, 21, had a blood-alcohol limit of .201 at the time of the crash, the Asbury Park Press reported.
The crash happened shortly before 3 a.m. on Dec. 26. Kevin, 21, and his brother Jimmy, 23, were killed when the Infiniti G37 that Kevin had worked all summer to buy crashed into the back of an oil tanker truck at milepost 81.5 on the southbound side of the Parkway in Toms River, New Jersey State Police said. Victor Lugo, 24, and Robert Ordeñana, 23, both of Lakewood, also were killed in the crash.

Kevin Quispe-Prieto was studying computer science at Wilkes University and had made the dean's list. He also worked at Christian Pools. Lugo was an aspiring police officer. Ordeñana was a lance corporal in the U.S. Marines. Related: Parkway Crash Killed Brothers, Marine & Aspiring Police Officer
