Find Treasures At Beachwood's 18th Community Yard Sale

BEACHWOOD, NJ — If you are looking for bargains and treasures among the items others no longer need, Beachwood is the place to be: the 18th annual Beachwood Community Yard Sale is set for Saturday and Sunday.

There are nearly 150 homes participating in the event, which is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Maps showing the homes participating in the community yard sale are available at Beachwood's municipal building, 1600 Pinewald Road. It's also included at the bottom of thMaps also will be available at the following locations:

• Rite Aid, on the corner of Atlantic City Boulevard and Starboard Avenue
• CVS, on corner of Atlantic City Boulevard and Beachwood Boulevard
• Quick Chek
• Pies On Nine
• Capri Pizzeria
• Sand Castle Diner
• Beachwood Public Library

Homes participating in the yard sale are marked with balloons. A list of participating addresses can be downloaded here as well.

The fees paid by participating homes help fund the Beachwood Recreation department's programs, including Movies in the Park. Friday night at 7:30 p.m. in Mayo Park the recreation department will be showing "Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory," starring Gene Wilder.
