First Atlantic Announces 2017 Scholarship Winners

EATONTOWN, N.J. – First Atlantic Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce its 2017 scholarship winners. This year’s four recipients are Zoe Kralyevich, Damon Tito, Gabrielle Puleo, and Makenzie Brockel.

“Thank you so much! This award means a lot to me and will help me immensely.” says, Gabrielle Puleo, one of our scholarship winners.

On June 6th, 2017, during First Atlantic’s Annual Meeting four local graduating high school seniors were awarded scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each. Funds may be applied to tuition and fees. Interested students submitted an application for review and scholarships were given based on need, as well as merit.

“We’re proud to support our community and local high school students” said First Atlantic’s President/CEO John Culp. “The scholarship awards directly impact students and we value their dedication to higher education.”

First Atlantic’s Scholarship Program is part of the credit union’s ongoing commitment to its communities and education. The program offers scholarships to qualifying high school seniors that are pursing a Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited college or university. Every year, four high school seniors are awarded $1,000.
