Good Shepherd American National Catholic Church located at 1890 Whitesville Road in Toms River announced its Ash Wednesday Schedule. Church Services on March 1 will be at 9AM, 12NOON, 4PM and 7PM-Ashes will be distributed during these services. "Ashes To Go" will be located in the Church Parking Lot throughout the day. Ashes will also be distributed at the Toms River Bus Terminal at 5AM.
During the Season of Lent all are invited to attend Faith Formation Class on Monday Nights which begin with food and class with Fr Anthony, FCM. Each Friday Night we will have a "Meatless Meal" followed by Stations of The Cross and Bible study with Fr. Andrew. Lent is a time for a renewal in Faith- A 40 day period of self-reflection, prayer, almsgiving, fasting and abstaining all in preparation for the Feast of Easter.
