Harrogate, a retirement community located in Ocean County, just minutes from the Jersey Shore, has been given a 5-Star rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and U.S. News & World Report for exceptional quality at its health center.

The ratings are based on various quality measures, staffing and on-site inspections.
