Lt Joe Pangaro presents an engaging talk about the effects of heroin on the body, how to tell if someone is using and what the legal ramifications are if you get caught using or dealing. This Free program is for parents, teens, educators, caregivers, professionals, and the public.
The program begins promptly at 6:30 pm at the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library. The event is being held in the older Bishop Building located next
door to the library.
