Ice Cream Festival Set For Toms River Senior Center

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Toms River senior citizens are invited to an Ice Cream Festival at the Toms River Senior Center next week.

The event is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 15 at the center, 652 Garfield Ave. It costs $5 per person and tickets can be purchased at the senior center office, cash only.

There will be root beer floats and ice cream sundaes with chocolate and vanilla ice cream and lots of toppings, and will include entertainment by The Oceanaires Barbershop Quartet.

There is some transportation available; call the center at 732-341-1000, ext. 8460 or 8461.
