Jersey Cash 5 Jackpot-Winning Ticket Worth $146K Sold In Ocean County
Breaking: It may not be the Powerball, but someone will be celebrating a little bit.

TRENTON, NJ — It may not be the Powerball jackpot, but someone is holding a Jersey Cash 5 ticket purchased in Ocean County worth more than $146,000, following Monday's drawing.
The jackpot-winning ticket, worth $146,344, was purchased in Toms River at 7-Eleven #32947(S), located at 1681 Lakewood Road, Toms River, state lottery officials said.
The winning numbers in the Monday, Aug. 21 drawing were: 02, 12, 31, 42 and 43 and the XTRA number was 02.

The store will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket.
Executive Director Carole Hedinger announced that there were 296,564 tickets purchased for the drawing. For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 40 ticketholders won $665 each; four others won $1,330 each with the addition of XTRA.

The Powerball drawing goes off Wednesday evening. The jackpot for that game sits at $650 million as of Tuesday morning.
