Less Hip Pain Starts with a Few Steps

Community Medical Center to host free expert-led event on orthopedic wellness.

Just because hip pain is common doesn’t mean it isn’t frustrating. While there can be many causes for hip pain, the everyday limitations and interruptions it creates are experienced by numerous individuals who may find their mobility and quality of life are impacted by it.

Community Medical Center, an RWJBarnabas Health facility, wants you to know there are ways to minimize hip pain along with other options to improve quality of life. Join us for Bone-ified Health: A Discussion of Orthopedic Wellness on Thursday, December 8, 5:30 pm at Community Medical Center’s Auditorium. Robert Closkey, MD, Board Certified orthopedic surgeon and Chair of Orthopedics at Community Medical Center, will share tips to reduce hip pain as well as information about the latest advancements in total hip replacement. Light refreshments will be served.
