Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus Presents Living Well with Diabetes

In recognition of World Health Day, the Center for Diabetes Education at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus presents “Living Well with Diabetes” on Thursday, April 7 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus in Lakewood.

This event, presented by diabetes experts Christopher Blakeslee, DPM; Autumn Dempsey, RN, CDE; and Lauren Dorman, MS, RD, CDE will discuss foot care, managing complications and wound care. Attendees will also learn tips to keep their blood glucose in a healthy range and make healthy food choices. Living Well with Diabetes includes free glucose screenings, door prizes and light refreshments.
