Ocean of Love Billboard Radiothon

(Toms River, NJ) Townsquare Media New Jersey’s WCHR (105.7 The Hawk) will attempt to raise $105,700 for Ocean of Love, a Toms River based organization that helps Ocean County children with cancer and their families.

From Monday, October 21, 2019 until Thursday, October 24, 2019, WCHR’s Andy Chase will live atop a 30’ platform in the Lowes/Target parking lot, 1331 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753. During that time, people are invited to stop by to make a donation. Donations can also be made online at oceanoflove.org, or by calling 732-270-3500.

Every penny raised helps a local child with cancer and their family. The funds also are distributed immediately. A dollar raised on Monday can literally help a child on Tuesday.

This year marks the 21st anniversary of the Ocean of Love Radiothon. To date, it has raised more than $2 Million Dollars. This is a remarkable statement about the love and support the residents of Ocean County and the Jersey Shore have for their community.

Ocean of Love Executive Director Theresa Segui says: "The funds raised do so much more than provide financial relief for the families. It gives families a safe place to go for companionship, understanding and support."
