Patriot Day Concert: Gary Nokes Will Perform In Toms River Sept. 7
Gary Nokes will perform at the Toms River Patriot Day celebration at the library on September 7, the township said.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — Vocalist and acoustic guitarist Gary Nokes will perform at the township's Patriot Day celebration on Sept. 7.
Nokes will perform " a selection of traditional and contemporary patriotic songs"at the Ocean County Public Library -Toms River branch beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Concertgoers will recognize Nokes from several performances around the Jersey Shore with the Lamplighters, the Francis Albert Band, the Ragtimers, Ocean County String Band, Top Hat String Band, and a number of other rock and jazz ensembles.

The concert is free, but registration is required.
The library is at 101 Washington Street.
