Seaside Heights Wine On The Beach Tickets On Sale

SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NJ — The summer is winding down but that doesn't mean there's no reason to come to the beach in September. In fact, wine lovers have a very good reason: the Wine on the Beach event in Seaside Heights.

The event is scheduled for Sept. 9 and 10 on the south beach of Seaside Heights at Blaine Avenue.

The event hosts a dozen wineries and numerous food venues. There are concerts on the beach stage on Saturday by Eaglemania and on Sunday by the NY Bee Gees that begin at 2:30 p.m. each day.

There also will be wine- and food-related seminars and presentations, and artisans and craft vendors. There also will be painting classes; patrons can sit for a 30-minute step-by step instruction for painting wine glasses for an additional fee.

Tickets are on sale now and are $15 if purchased online in advance. Tickets are $20 at the gate, cash only, and you must present identification to show you are 21 or older. Tickets include a wine-tasting glass. Entry is free for those who are not wine-tasting and for those younger than 21.
