Toms River Apartment Complex Zoning Hearing Postponed

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A hearing before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on a proposal to add seven buildings to the Jamestowne Village apartment complex has been postponed to December.

The postponement was announced on the agenda for Thursday's zoning board meeting. The postponement was requested by JD Jamestowne LLC, the applicant, according to the agenda.

The proposal now is set to be heard on Dec. 9. The zoning board meets at 6:30 p.m. in the L. Manuel Hirshblond Meeting Room on the second floor of town hall at 33 Washington St.

The application had been scheduled to be heard in September but was postponed.

Jamestowne Village is at Walnut and James streets, between Hooper Avenue and Old Freehold Road.
