Toms River Council Meeting: Watch And Comment
In addition to information on Tuesday's meeting, the township has changed coming meetings and some services amid the coronavirus outbreak.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Township Council meeting will be held Tuesday evening, with several options for watching.
The meeting was postponed last week due to technical issues with the video stream.
There will be three options to watch the video stream, which is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. In addition to the usual video site for the council meeting, it will be streamed on the township's Facebook page and on YouTube.

The council had approved the budget introduction last week but was planning to repeat Business Administrator Don Guardian's presentation and the budget vote, which happened as the video crashed last week. The agenda is here.
In addition to the council meeting, township officials announced the postponement of meetings of the planning board and zoning board. The Planning Board meeting set for April 1 was postponed to April 15; all items on the April 1 agenda are moved to the April 15 meeting.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for March 26 was canceled and the agenda items moved to the April 9 meeting.
MARRIAGE LICENSES, BEACH BADGES
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the township Registrar's Office of Vital Statistics has suspended issuing marriage applications and issuing marriage licenses until further notice.
Beach badge sales are suspended until May 1.
