Toms River Food Fest Early Bird Vendor Deadline Near

If you want to share your tasty cuisine with lots of people, you need to sign up soon.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Vendors who want to take part in the Toms River Food Fest have until Friday, April 6, to take advantage of the early bird rate, Toms River officials said.

The eighth annual festival in downtown Toms River is set for Saturday, May 5 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Washington Street.

The early bird fee for food sellers is $310. Rates go up to $415 after April 6th. Vendors are reminded that they can register online at https://register.communitypass.net/tomsriver.

"This community event attracts visitors from all over the region. We typically see crowds exceed well over 25,000 people," said Toms River Recreation Director Jared Tate.

Toms River Food Fest features food trucks, arts, crafts and merchant booths, free children’s rides and live music from great local bands. Admission is free. Toms River Fire Company 1 is also sponsoring a beer and wine garden.

"We have many repeat vendors from last year already signed up. We expect a great day with a fantastic lineup of food trucks, music and fun," Tate said.
