Toms River Man Indicted In Howell Burglary: Prosecutor

The burglary occurred in February, authorities said.

Howell, NJ -- A Toms River man has been indicted on charges he robbed a Howell home in February, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.

Anthony Fierro, 28, of Royal Oak Drive, Toms River, was indicted last week by a Monmouth County grand jury on charges of burglary and theft in connection with the Feb. 9 burglary of the home.

Fierro is accused of taking items worth more than $500 during the burglary, according to the indictment.

Fierro is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institute, Freehold Township, in lieu of $20,000 bail, where he has been since his arrest in March, according to jail records.
