Toms River Man One Of Several Manchester Arrests: Police
Anthony Huggins remains in jail in drug charges.

MANCHESTER, NJ -- A Toms River man is being held at the Ocean County Jail after he was arrested on drug charges in Manchester, police said.
Huggins' arrest, announced previously, highlights the police blotter released by Manchester police last week.
There were four other Toms River area residents arrested in Manchester, according to the police blotter:

Jamal E. Dew, 32, of Toms River, on a warrant, by Patrolman J. Wiener; he was turned over to Egg Harbor PD.

Jared M. Ouellette, 39, of Beachwood, on a warrant, by Patrolman P. Mabie; he posted bail.
April 14
Tyler S. Martin, 22, of South Toms River, on aggravated assault charges, by Patrolman T. O'Hare; released with summonses.
April 16
Christopher P. Viscel, 46, of Toms River, on possession of CDS, by Patrolman K. Craig; released with summonses.
