Toms River Man Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Possession Charges
A Toms River man has pleaded guilty to child pornography possession charges and is facing up to five years in prison.
TOMS RIVER, NJ – A Toms River man has pleaded guilty to child pornography possession charges and is facing up to five years in prison.
Henry T. Ziolkowski, 56, will be sentenced on Feb. 5, 2021. The state will be seeking a sentence of five years in New Jersey State Prison and Ziolkowski will be required to register as a Megan's Law offender.
On July 7, Ocean County detectives used a search warrant to seize a Ziolkowski's computer, which contained numerous images of child pornography, according to a press release from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.

Ziolkowski was arrested and has been at the Ocean County Jail since the date of his arrest.
The investigation was the result of several referrals from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which identified a residence in Toms River as the location of several uploads of child pornography.
