Rhine, Williams and Horgan fill the seats held by Ben Giovine, Loreen Torrone, and Robert Onofrietti. Giovine and Torrone did not seek re-election; Onofrietti, who spent much of the year under fire over his personal finances amid a vicious election campaign, finished sixth out of the seven candidates.
Rhine, Williams and Horgan join current board members Janet Bell, Russell Corby, Gigi Esparza, Dan Leonard, Nardini and Raimann.
The agenda includes the selection of a president and vice president and readoption of board policies.
