Trash Alert: Collection Day Changing In Toms River Due To Storm

TOMS RIVER, NJ -- Residents whose trash is normally collected on Saturdays should put their trash cans out Thursday night, Toms River officials said.

“Due to the impending snow storm, Saturday trash collections are being moved up to Friday. There will be no collections on Saturday,” township officials said in a notice posted on Facebook.

Normal trash collection schedules will resume as soon as possible after this weekend’s storm.
