Apparently, while President Obama is eagerly announcing that he is imposing “significant” sanctions on Russia and various Russian officials, it appears that behind the scenes Obama and the U.S. government is significantly helping the Russian economy by reportedly buying about $1 billion worth of Russian helicopters, plus possibly billions more in maintenance contracts.
