WATCH: Motorcyclist Hits Ocean County College Student's Car

An Ocean County College student has taken to social media in hopes of identifying a motorcyclist who hit her car in the parking lot of the college in Toms River last week.

Video, which appears to be from a nearby car’s dash cam, captured the incident, Chelly Niestemski wrote in a post on the Ocean County College Facebook page.

“On Thursday night 10/8/2015, my car was involved in a hit and run by a motorcycle in the OCC parking lot. Thankfully somebody caught a video of the whole thing. If anybody has any information, please come forward. My car is pretty damaged,” she wrote.

In the video, the motorcycle appears from the right side and appears to be out of control as it hits the driver’s side front panel of the car. The rider then stands up and wheels the motorcycle away. One pedestrian walks by during the incident; a second one, who appears to be female, approaches the rider briefly before walking away.
