When Is It Going To Warm Up In Toms River?

The calendar says June, but the temperatures say April. Here's a look at the weekend's weather forecast.

With temperatures hovering in the mid-60s Friday, it may seem like summer has up and disappeared before we got to enjoy it here in Toms River.

The chill that has invaded the area this week is going to linger through the weekend -- meaning you’re probably going to want a jacket if you’re going to Seaside Heights for the Gentlemen of the Road music festival.

Fret not, however: According to weather forecasters, the warm tempertures will be back soon enough.

Monday’s and Tuesday’s high temperatures should be a welcome relief from the chill. A high of 78 degrees is expected Monday, though clouds may return. Tuesday will bring with it a chance of thunderstorms, but clear skies will bring temperatures back into the mid-80s.
