Kids Fish For Fun in Lake Edenwold's Fishing Tournament
Lake Edenwold Fishing Tournament and Flea Market and Craft Fair
Lake Edenwold's first fishing tournament in many years went well as many children entered the contest while parents lent their experience to all on Saturday. The parents were not able to enter the contest, but fished as well for fun. This was a catch and release tournament.
Mother Nature worked with us that day as the weather was warm and beautiful -- a truly perfect day for fishing. After an exciting three hours, we had two winners of a $50 bond each. The first place winner was Ryan Hall, of Lake Edenwold, and Timothy Bacza of Wallington, who was visiting Lake Edenwold relatives.
The next public event that Lake Edenwold is planning is its annual Flea Market and Craft Fair, which will be held on Saturday, June 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Crafted wooden bird houses, jewelry, flea market items and lots of surprises are planned for this day. Why not join us for a fun day? And you might pick up a new treausre of your own while you're here. For further information, call 973-492-3110.
