Fundraiser for Dave Kraemer

Dave Kraemer of Haskell, NJ has been a fixture in the NJ

music scene for the last 35 years.  From

his early years as a guitarist with Dan Kidney and The Pulsations to his latest

projects Electric Pulse and Pulse DK to regularly hosting Open Mic Nights at

Jiggs Corner in Butler, The Huntsman in West Milford,  Hennessey’s in Morristown, Ruppert’s in

Riverdale, The Bouelvard in Elmwood Park  and many more. Dave also taught guitar lessons

at Haskell Music from 1973 until its closing in 2013.  Music has always been Dave’s passion and

career. On Feburary 14th Dave suffered an Aortic Dissection while

shoveling snow. He was rushed to Morristown Medical Center and immediately underwent

surgery to repair his Aortic artery. During surgery Dave endured a stroke. Unfortunately

this series of events has left Dave’s career as a musician in jeopardy.  To help Dave and his family alleviate some of

the financial stresses associated with this difficult time,  a day of music will be held on April 27th

from noon to 6pm at the Oakland Elks Lodge, 33 Ramapo Valley Rd, Oakland, NJ. Tickets

for this event are $30.00 and admission includes entertainment by:   The

Straight Jackits, Dead From the Neck Up, Maximum America and DJ Captain and

Camile.   Beer, soft drinks and food will also be served.
